On Saturday, June 20, more than 200 people attended the HOME (Homeownership Made Easy) Fair, hosted by the West Angeles Community Development Corporation (CDC) and the Consolidated Board of Realtists. This impactful event featured Congresswoman Maxine Waters and a special appearance by Senator Lola Smallwood-Cuevas, both strong advocates for homeownership, economic opportunity, and community empowerment. Attendees received valuable information, resources, and support to help them achieve their homeownership goals.
With more than 15 members of the Consolidated Board of Realtists (CBR) attending worship services on June 7 and June 14 at West Angeles COGIC, the HOME (Homeownership Made Easy) Fair served as a valuable resource for individuals and families seeking guidance on the path to homeownership. The event provided attendees with an opportunity to connect with industry professionals, gain essential homebuying knowledge, and explore programs and tools designed to make homeownership more accessible.
