CLASSROOM COURSE

This 8-hour course is conducted with interactive learning to hundreds of perspective homebuyers that are taught the language of real estate, money management, financing opportunities and how to create, secure and transfer generational wealth.

The Homebuyer Education Course is an eight hour class in which perspective homebuyers receive valuable tools that will help them successfully navigate through the homebuying process. This includes financial and credit management, shopping for a home, purchase procedures and maintaining the home. Our goal is to assist perspective homebuyers in becoming mortgage-ready to purchase and sustain homeownership comfortably.

In this class, participants will gain access to our network of lenders, realtors and insurance partners. Furthermore, participants will also receive valuable information from the City of Los Angeles regarding down-payment assistance programs provided by the City and County of Los Angeles, California. Additionally, participants can take advantage of our one-on-one counseling in the following areas: credit, financial literacy, money management, credit behavior awareness and scam prevention.

Each participant will receive a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of the seminar at the end of the day. The Certificate of Completion will allow our perspective homebuyers to access most down-payment assistance programs provided by the City and County of Los Angeles, California. Additionally, participants can take advantage of our one-on-one counseling in the following areas: credit, financial literacy, money management, credit behavior awareness and scam prevention.
