Financial Capabilities Center promotes prosperity and well-being through one-on-one coaching and group setting via the services provided, i.e., the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, and the Individual Development Accounts program.  WACDC is a non-profit, whose efforts are designed to make basic financial and investment information and education available to the public at large, including under-served consumers, while helping strengthen local communities.
