The West Angeles Community Development Corporation (CDC) Homeownership Center strives to stabilize and revitalize neighborhoods in South Los Angeles. We develop housing that is affordable for working families, educate first-time buyers and provide access to financing.

West Angeles Homeownership Center provides the resources and tools to place you on the path to homeownership success, including but not limited to the Homebuyer Education seminar, one-on-one counseling with HUD Certified counselors and credit counseling.
The West Angeles CDC Homeownership Center is certified by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as an Affiliate member to HomeFree USA.
Homebuyer Education Seminar classes provide (8) hours of interactive learning to hundreds of first-time buyers that are taught the language of real estate, money management, financing opportunities and how to create, secure and transfer generational wealth.
Credit Counseling and Rebuilding provides tools for those on how to improve their credit score and qualify for the best loan product.
Foreclosure Prevention and intervention provides counseling and loss mitigation services on behalf homeowners under threat of default or foreclosure.
