The Homebuyer Education Seminar is held on the third Saturday of each month. This class allows the perspective homebuyer to obtain valuable tools that will help successfully navigate through the homebuying process. This includes financial and credit management, shopping for a home, purchase procedures and maintaining the home. Our goal is to assist perspective homebuyers in becoming mortgage-ready to purchase and sustain homeownership comfortably.

In this class, participants will gain access to our network of lenders, realtors and insurance partners. Furthermore, participants will also receive valuable information from the City of Los Angeles regarding down-payment assistance programs provided by the City and County of Los Angeles, California. Additionally, participants can take advantage of our one-on-one counseling in the following areas: credit, financial literacy, money management, credit behavior awareness and scam prevention.

Each participant will receive a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of the seminar at the end of the day. The Certificate of Completion will allow our perspective homebuyers to access most down-payment assistance programs provided by the City and County of Los Angeles, California. Additionally, participants can take advantage of our one-on-one counseling in the following areas: credit, financial literacy, money management, credit behavior awareness and scam prevention.
