Ms.Patricia Hébert, Senior Housing Housing Consultant, has successfully completed and extensive program and all coursework at the Neighborhood Reinvestment Institute (NRI) and received her professional designation as a Certified Homebuyer Education Trainer in Home Ownership and Community Lending. Ms. He'bert also completed several other courses in various areas of real estate through NRI, Fundamentals of Residential Lending, Housing Counseling, Financial Fitness, Credit Counseling and Homebuyer Education Methods for Training the Trainer. She is certified to teach Post-Purchase Counseling and a licensed Real Estate Agent. Ms. He'bert continues to be active in the community through a weekly televised broadcast, educating, empowering and encouraging people to clean up their credit and buy a home.
Dr. Carolyn Patton
Real Estate Coordinator/Housing Consultant, HED
Dr. Carolyn Patton has worked in Real Estate for twenty years and uses this experience to help families. She is a HUD-certified counselor in Homebuyer Education and Foreclosure Prevention. She has worked with FannieMae Foundation, FreddieMac, Enterprise Foundation, HUD and other non-profit with affordable housing for first time homebuyers. Carolyn has taught First Time Homebuyers seminars and education classes.
Carolyn graduated from Kaplan University, earning a degree in Business Marketing. She has received several awards and accomplishments in Real Estate, including Emerald Master Programs, Century 21 Corporation and Masters Program 1999-2005, Century 21 Certificate of Achievement, President Circle, San Gabriel Valley/Inland Empire Broker Council Certificate of Achievement, Professional Certificate in Homebuyer Education from Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation.

Dawn Wiley-Pryor was a mortgage loan Specialist and has ten years experience in the mortgage banking industry where her primary focus had been the reverse mortgage loan. Dawn has worked with the West Angeles Community Development Corporation for the last 7 years as a partner and as a volunteer. She has recently joined the West Angeles Community Development Corporation. Serving and educating is her passion and with her new position as Housing Intake Counselor, she can continue to educate and aid in the housing mission of the Community Development Corporation. Dawn Wiley has a Bachelors of Arts Degree and is currently working on her Masters of Business Administration from University of Phoenix. She is married to Eddie Pryor and they have two sons.
